10-Day Return Policy

At Universal Oud, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Refunds for approved returns will be processed according to our refund policy. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported as soon as possible after delivery.
